FeedBack: Cartoon! :]

The main visual elements in this picture is that there is a large footprint standing on a lack 3-D version of Africa. I think that the cartoonist is trying to imply that Africa is being walked over on and taken advantage off. The issue may be about the colonization that occurred because the Europeans just walked on land and took what they needed and that is what I think that the cartoon was showing. I think that cartoonist doesn't like what is going on in Africa, hence why he decided to make the Europeans look bad. Maybe the message could've been implied a bot simpler because it takes a while to understand what is going on in this picture.
